■　Characteristic

●Simple setting
　　：High-efficiency and small. On oily water separation for operating        equipment.
●Powerful separating force
　　：Possible to collect oil more than 95% from original spurces which is oil         percentage less than 2%.
●Simple operation
　　：Separated water and oil is extracted in continuty by just supply original         sources to VGS.

■　Structure Oily water, which was stored at processing thank, which pump up, and VGS body is supplied.　 Provided oily water inside VGS body separate “floated oil and floated scum”, “clarification of water”, “sedimentation sludge” and, extract outside body.

SAITO TANK 　：　Filtration systems

Replacement of filter media is not necessary.

Since the principle of Saito Cleaning was introduced
to the filtration system and was systematized.
Filter media is always kept clean, Therefore, filter media
replacement work is not necessary. Filter media is washed
by Saito Cleaning, and backwashing is conducted only for
rinsing, so maintenance costs, including the cost for backwash
water, can be largely reduced.

■　Characteristics

●Maintenance cost is dramatically reduced.
　　“Cost for filter media replacement work.”, “Cost for disposing
         of used filter media as industrial waste.” and “cost for purchasing
        new filter media for replacement work.” are not necessary.
●Zero emission
   Filter media can be used semi-permanently.
     Therefore, there is no need any more to dispose of used filter media
     as industrial waste.

Filtration is thus conducted by the entire filtration system. A Saito Tank can treat the same amount of water as conventional filtration systems of same size.	Filter media wash each other using a kneading action caused by the upward force that pushes water and filter media up from the lower part to the upper part by the rotation of the screw and the downward force generated by gravity.	After Saito Cleaning, backwashing is conducted to drain away washing water.

The life of activated carbon can be significantly extended.

Why the life of activated carbon can be extended?

■Differences between
“conventional activated carbon facility”
and “Activated-Carbon Saito Tank”.

In conventional products,
activated carbon was absorbed
to organics go along with fixing,
and it accumulated at the upper layer.
Hereby, water road was made, and
non-adsorptive material was took
a shorter rout. So, despite it could use
mid or low level activated carbon,
it work for interchanging.

Activated-Carbon Saito Tank beat
whole of activated carbon, and prevent
fixing.

It has been extending the replacement length of activated carbon by
interchanging mid and upper level sound
activated carbon.

The entire amount of activated carbon can be used, so the life thereof is extended. Fixation is prevented, and activated carbon
is shuffled.

　　：The life of activated carbon can be significantly extended due to
       prevention of fixation of activated carbon and exfoliation of suspended
       substances that clog up the absorption pores.
●Significant reduction of maintenance costs.
　　：Since the life of activated carbon can significantly extended, maintenance
      costs, including the cost for replacing activated carbon, can be
        significantly reduced.
●Significant reduction of backwashing water volume.
　　：Turbidity which adheres at surface of activated carbon is peeled by
      activated-carbon Saito Tank. Therefore, it is possible to significant reduce
      backwashing water volume due to backwashing is also role of rinsing.
●Considerations are given to enviroment problems, including
   complaince with ISO14000.
　　：It contributes to reducing energy consumption and dust generation when
       reactivating carbon or producing new carbon. In addition, the amount of
      backwater can be reduced.
●Since suspended substances are exfoliated, a sand filtration
   system in the previous step is not necessary any more.
　　：Since suspended substances attached to the surface can be exfoliated,
      it may not be necessary to attach a sand filtration system in the previous
      step if SS concentration to which suspended substances can be removed
      changes according to the property of raw water.

Cleaning agent

We handle different types of cleaning agent for different purpose such as standard washing, paint peeling and swelling. Please don’t hesitate to ask for the information.

CB#5 Hydro soluble alkalist cleaning agent	●High degradability to oil and carbon. ●Possible to Purification water tank processing of dilution drainage due to high biodegradability. ●Osmosis is high. Combination of ultrasonic cleaning more effective.
SC-97　 Pre-water type cleaning agent	●It is powerful agent of hydrosoluible. Especially, it has exceptional cleaning and peeling effect for hardening paint and adhesive agent. ●It is in much the same performance as chlorine-based agent by warning use.
SC-2000N　 Non chlorine-based paint piping agent	●It has high peeling effect. It is much the same performance as chlorine-based agent. ●It has exceptional solubility for melamine, acrylic, urethane, acrylic lacquer and so on.
